Green Mountain Counseling & Wellness (GMC) is a relational, trauma-wise group practice located in Lakewood, Colorado. Our clinicians work as independent contractors, offering them autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a collaborative, growth-oriented team. We believe people are wired for connection, and with the right support, individuals and families can experience meaningful, lasting change.

Our therapists specialize in attachment-based and trauma-focused care, including Brainspotting, EMDR, Neurofeedback, Synergetic Play Therapy, and other trauma-reprocessing modalities. We meet clients with presence, compassion, and attunement, providing care that aligns with our clinical expertise and therapeutic approach. As a practice, we value authenticity, connection, and high-quality clinical work, and we foster a culture where clinicians can grow, contribute, and thrive.
