Mary Dominguez

Therapist and Clinical Supervisor

MA, LPC

Therapeutic Approach

My work is rooted in trauma-informed care. I specialize in helping clients understand how past experiences, particularly trauma- live in the body and nervous system, shaping how we think, feel, relate and respond to the world. While our past does not define us, it does leave an imprint, and healing often requires more than talk alone. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can move at their own pace, reconnect with their authentic selves, and develop greater resilience and self- understanding. I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to engage in healing and feel honored to support you in that work.
