Sara Schultz
Master’s Level Counseling Intern
therapeutic approach
My work as a therapist is rooted in person-centered, narrative, and psychodynamic approaches, with an emphasis on understanding the deeper layers of your lived experience. I believe seeking therapy is a meaningful and courageous step that opens space to explore how past experiences, relationships, and internalized stories continue to shape the way we see ourselves and the world. Together, we will work to better understand these patterns with compassion and curiosity.
I view therapy as a collaborative and relational process, grounded in respect, warmth, and trust. Rather than focusing on quick solutions, I value thoughtful, sustainable work that supports long-term healing and growth. I am committed to walking alongside you as you explore your story, make sense of your experiences, and move toward greater connection, meaning, and restoration.
