Sara Schultz

Master’s Level Counseling Intern

Pursuing mental health support is a courageous step—one that involves both vulnerability and strength. I believe counseling offers a powerful space to better understand ourselves and the relationships that shape us. I am committed to walking alongside you as you explore your story, make sense of your experiences, and move toward healing and growth. I believe we were created for connection—and that relationships, while sometimes sources of hurt, can also be places of deep healing. Through therapy, we can begin to understand how our past has influenced us and work toward a future marked by restoration, meaning, and sustainability.

Sara Schultz is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Denver Seminary. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and brings experience in mentorship and caring for individuals with special needs. Her approach to counseling is holistic and integrative, with a passion for helping others reconnect with who they were created to be. Outside of the counseling room, she enjoys soaking up the Colorado sun with her family. They love spending time with friends, enjoying the outdoors, cooking, baking, and reading together.
