therapeutic approach
I believe therapy is a meaningful and courageous step toward understanding yourself more deeply and creating lasting change. My approach is rooted in person-centered and psychodynamic therapy, while also helping clients notice patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships that may be keeping them stuck. Together, we explore how past experiences and internalized beliefs continue to shape the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.
I view therapy as a collaborative and relational process grounded in warmth, trust, and curiosity. Rather than offering quick fixes, I value thoughtful and sustainable work that supports long-term healing, growth, and greater self-awareness. My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe enough to explore your story. Interacting with the painful, confusing, meaningful, and hopeful parts of being human.
As we work together, we will seek to better understand your experiences, strengthen your connection to yourself and others, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and whole.
