Therapeutic Approach

What we believe about ourselves impacts how we live our lives and interact with the world. Sometimes, the hardest things to do are simply exist, love, and be loved.

I’m passionate about being able to bring those parts of yourself that have been hurt, say you are unloveable, or feel unsafe and walk through healing alongside you. Everyone has the right to exist comfortably and safely within themselves, and I wholeheartedly believe counseling can create a sense of internal safety and contentment.

I am passionate about connectedness in community, racial and ethnic reconciliation, and the efficacy of therapy. Counseling has been a healing experience for me, and I hope to make it accessible.
