In therapy, I'll guide you toward curiosity and kindness about the ways you've come to think, feel, and act across your key relationships. We'll explore the ways you've learned to relate, and imagine new ways of showing up when well-worn paths are no longer serving you.
The goal is to emerge with fresh ways of knowing, being with, and honoring yourself and others. With more and better ways of relating comes more freedom, flexibility, resilience, and joy—even while relationships remain a profound mystery.

In addition to my academic background, I bring extensive experience in pastoral leadership, spiritual care, and working with diverse individuals and communities. My work in the United States, Switzerland, and South Korea has deepened my understanding of how identity, relationships, spirituality, culture, and life transitions shape our experiences.
About Andy
Outside of the counseling room, I’m a reader and home librarian, and I enjoy writing poetry and memoir. Having lived on three continents, I love traveling and the perspective that comes from experiencing different places and cultures. Since moving to Colorado, I’ve become an avid fly fisher and fly fishing guide.
After 18 years in pastoral ministry, I’ve developed a deepening interest in philosophy, psychology, and ultimately therapeutic work. I live in Denver with my wife and our three sons.
