Green Mountain Counseling & Wellness (GMC) is a relational, trauma-wise group practice located in Lakewood, Colorado. We believe people are wired for connection, and with the right support, individuals and families can experience meaningful, lasting change. Our practice is built on authenticity, attunement, collaboration, and high-quality clinical care.

Our therapists specialize in attachment-based and trauma-focused approaches, including Brainspotting, EMDR, Neurofeedback, Synergetic Play Therapy, and other trauma-reprocessing modalities. We meet clients with presence, compassion, and clinical integrity while fostering a supportive team culture where clinicians are encouraged to grow personally and professionally.

At GMC, we value both autonomy and collaboration. Clinicians are supported through consultation, administrative assistance, ongoing training opportunities, and a connected team environment while bringing their own clinical strengths and therapeutic style into the work.

Clinical Practicum and/or Internship (for master's level students)

Our internship positions are currently full until Summer 2027. We expect to open applications for future internship opportunities in Spring 2027 for consideration beginning Summer 2027 and beyond.
