therapeutic approach
My approach is rooted in a deep respect for your story and the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel truly seen and understood, honoring and making space for the complex and evolving facets of your life. I believe real change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest about both what’s going on right now, and the deeper patterns that have shaped your life. Many of the struggles we face aren’t random; they’re connected to earlier experiences, relationships, and stories we’ve carried for a long time. In our work together, we’ll slow things down and gently explore what’s underneath the surface: the parts of you that feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are becoming.
I aim to create a space that feels steady, thoughtful, and deeply respectful of your full story, including your spiritual questions, doubts, or longings if those are part of your journey. Therapy with me is about understanding and accepting yourself more honestly and fully, transforming old patterns, and helping you move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and connected.

about Matt:
I’m someone who cares deeply about meaningful conversation and the kind of growth that happens over time. I’m drawn to the in-between spaces and seasons of life: when the old way of being no longer fits, but the new way hasn’t quite taken shape. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, immersing myself in nature, reading, creating music of all kinds, and staying curious about the human story.
